POST-CONCEPTION RITE OF PASSAGE
The woman will be led through a ceremony to invoke the spirit of the departed being, its
ancestors and the elementals. Specially prepared
offerings will be made to all these beings.
The disembodied spirit will be offered prana
for its journey. After the hook of the being
in the mother is removed, mystic shield closed
and Goddess Amba will be worshipped for peace.
